The purpose of this article is to explain how to link a retailer to a supplier.
Applicable Products: Activ8
Step 1: If you open Activ8, navigate to the ‘Address Book’. In the drop-down menu you will find ‘Suppliers. Select ‘Suppliers’, as seen in gif below.
Step 2: Once you have opened up ‘Suppliers’, you can select the supplier.
Step 3: Once you have selected the supplier, click on the ‘Products’ tab and then the ‘Retailers’ tab, as seen in gif below.
Step 4: Select ‘Add Retailer’, in the retailer drop-down select the retailer. Fill in the Supplier vendor code, and ‘Supplier Known as’. Once have you completed all the fields you can click ‘Save Retailer’.
