The Database File Storage is a function that allows you to upload and download planograms to and from the database. These files are organized in the database according to the hierarchy.

This function also allows you to create and maintain a custom file structure for the storage of any files, not just planograms.

Before you follow these steps, confirm that you are working on a database.

To log in to a database, open the DotActiv software. Select the applicable configuration, untick the ‘No Database’ box, enter the relevant details and click ‘OK’.
