These tools are essential for optimising your use of the DotActiv Software and ensuring you achieve the best possible results. Below, we outline how you can access these resources, what you can expect from us, and what is expected of you.

Accessing the Resources

To streamline your access to these critical resources, we have SupportBase, a dedicated site specifically for Premium Support clients. This site will serve as a central hub where you can easily find and utilise:

  • DRT 1: Performance Objectives
  • DRT 2: General Category Analysis
  • DRT 3: Clustering Plan Delivery
  • DRT 4: Range Plan Delivery

Your Account Manager will ensure that you have access to the SupportBase site and will guide you through the process of using the resources effectively.

What You Can Expect from Us

As your Premium Support provider, we are committed to ensuring you have everything you need to succeed. Here’s what you can expect from us:

  • Site Access and Resource Availability: SupportBase is a site that DotActiv maintains where you can access all the relevant materials. Your Account Manager will ensure that the site is updated with the latest resources tailored to your needs.
  • Training and Support: Your Account Manager will provide comprehensive training on the DotActiv Software, the Category Planner BPVC process, and DRTs. This training will equip you with the knowledge and skills needed to leverage these tools effectively in your day-to-day operations.
  • Primary Contact for Support: Your Account Manager will be your primary point of contact for any issues or questions. They will assist you in resolving issues and, when necessary, escalate them to the appropriate department within DotActiv, whether it’s an IT-related problem, a software issue, or something else.
  • Internal Approval of DRTs: Your Account Manager will also serve as the internal approver of DRTs, ensuring that the templates you receive are aligned with your specific needs and objectives.

What We Expect from You

To maximise the benefits of your Premium Support package, we ask that you:

  • Utilise the Provided Resources: It is your responsibility to actively use the DRTs, articles, Category Planner BPVC processes, and Enablement material we provide. These resources are designed to support your success, but they will only be effective if you engage with them fully.
  • Collaborate with Your Account Manager: While your Account Manager is here to support you, their role is to guide and assist rather than execute on your behalf. We expect you to take the initiative to use the resources provided, with the Account Manager available to offer help and resolve any challenges you might encounter.

By working together and utilising the tools at your disposal, we can help you achieve your category management goals. Your active participation in this process is crucial to your success, and we are here to support you every step of the way.
