The purpose of this article is to give you a clear indication of how to go about booking a meeting with a DotActiv representative and what exactly you can expect from each of the meetings.
How To Book A Meeting
There are two ways to go about booking a meeting with DotActiv.
You can book a meeting through the booking link on our Contact page or on the booking link which has been embedded throughout our website.
If you have been in contact with a consultant already, you can also reach out to them directly and they will set up a meeting with you.
At DotActiv, we approach our sales meetings differently because we want to assist you in the most beneficial way. We want to ensure that you and your business have the correct service or software package to reach your goals and objectives.
Instead of having one meeting and packing it with way too much information, we break the process into two different meetings.
The first is an Explore meeting while the second is an Advise meeting. If more information is required after both of these meetings have taken place, we can book another one with you to ensure that both parties have all of the information they need.
The Explore Meeting
The purpose of the Explore meeting is for us to find out more about you and your business. It is to ensure that we can match your unique context with our business expertise. This allows us to provide you with an accurate and necessary solution. No client is too big or too small for us.
Before the meeting, you will receive an email with the customised agenda and meeting link to join as well as a calendar invite to accept.
During the meeting, we will go through a presentation containing the information as set out in the agenda. Once both parties have enough information, we will schedule the Advise session.
If necessary we can present a high-level demo of the software during this meeting. We will give you a full demonstration will be given in the Advise meeting.
After the meeting, we will consult our internal team of experts who have many years of experience working with different retailers and supplier accounts. We will measure your category management status against our performance gained benchmarks and put together a business case, Advisory presentation and a customised proposal for internal approval.
The Advise Meeting
The Advise meeting is where we will be presenting our findings and advice to you based on our previous meeting and shared content.
Before the Advise meeting, you will receive an email containing the agenda and a link to join the meeting.
During the meeting, we will cover all of the items listed on the agenda. After presenting the advice, a full demonstration will be given of the specific version of the software/ service that is advised. There will also be time during this meeting to ask questions to make sure that you fully understand the advice given.
After the meeting, you will receive the presentation we went through, a business case and a proposal to share internally with your colleagues. This assists you in getting internal sign-off for your category management journey.
We hope to meet you soon!
