The purpose of this article is to explain how you can manage your DotActiv subscriptions. We also explain how you can cancel your subscription.
Subscription Options
From our online store, you will be able to choose a DotActiv solution that suits your needs. Here are the 3 different options that you can choose between:
- Monthly subscription – This can be done via our online store.
- Annual subscription – Subscribing annually will give you access to a 10% discount per year. This can be done via our online store or you can request a formal quotation directly from a sales consultant.
Getting Started
If you would like to purchase any of the DotActiv software editions, you can do so by simply navigating to the DotActiv online store linked above and clicking on the ‘Explore Plans And Pricing’ button.
You will be taken to a page where you will find all three of the DotActiv software editions available for purchase. Navigate to the edition you deem most suitable for your business needs and click on the ‘Get Started’ button, as seen below.
Once you have done this, you will be presented with the following page. You can now select how many licences you would like to purchase by clicking on the ‘+’ or ‘-‘. Once happy, you can click on ‘Finish Registration’ as highlighted below.
You will be taken to a secure FastSpring checkout page. All that’s left, is to simply fill in your details on this window and the process is complete!
Please note that you do not need to create a new account on FastSpring to be able to complete this process.
What Happens After Payment?
After you have successfully purchased a copy or copies of the DotActiv software online, you will immediately and automatically receive a link to download the software along with your unique licence key. You are then able to begin using the DotActiv software immediately.
Additionally, a DotActiv consultant will reach out to you and guide you through the additional services which come with your software. Some of these include the DotActiv Academy, Live Training, Advisory Consulting, Early Usage Support, 24-Hour Support, and Database Integration Services.
Managing Your Subscriptions
You can manage your subscriptions through your FastSpring account. Once you have subscribed, you will be sent a confirmation email. Within this email, you will be able to ‘Manage Your Orders’ as seen below.
You will need to provide the email address associated with your account to access your account details.
From here, we will send you an email with instructions for accessing your account as well as a link to the FastSpring website where you can log in.
Within your FastSpring account, you can manage your orders and access your licence key.
Updating Account Details
You can also update your account details within your FastSpring account. To do so, navigate to the ‘Account Details and Payment Methods’ tab.
After finding the ‘Add Payment Method’ button and clicking on it, you have the option to update your payment details. You can pay by credit or debit card, by PayPal or with Amazon.
You also have the option to apply these changes to all of your DotActiv subscriptions by ticking the appropriate box.
Cancelling Your Subscription
You can cancel your subscription at no extra cost and keep track of when billing commences.
To cancel your subscription, first log into your FastSpring account. In the ‘Subscriptions’ tab, you can find all of your active subscriptions. On the far right is a ‘Manage’ button.
By clicking on the ‘Manage’ button, you can either update your payment method or cancel your subscription.
After clicking on ‘Cancel Subscription’, you’ll receive a pop-up window confirming that you have cancelled.
A DotActiv consultant will also follow up with you to find out why you decided to cancel your subscription so that we can understand how to meet your expectations in the future.
