The purpose of this article is to unpack the steps required to extract planograms from a floor plan.

The Extract Planograms function allows you to extract and relink planograms from the floor plan to a single directory on your personal computer.
Step 1: Under the ‘Tools’ tab, navigate to the ‘Tools’ group and click ‘Extract Planograms’.
Step 2: Select the directory where you would like to extract the planograms to and click ‘OK’.
Step 3: If you would like the gondolas on your floor plan to be linked to the extracted files, click ‘Yes’. If you would like the gondolas to remain linked to the original files, click ‘No’.
