The purpose of this article is to help guide you on how to import existing schedules into a project created in Activ8.
Selecting A Project
First, navigate to the ‘Workflow’ tab. From the drop-down menu, select ‘Project Management’.
Next, select the project that you would like to use. You find a list of projects in your ‘Active’, ‘Planning’ or ‘Template’ sections.
After opening the project, make sure you are in the ‘Plan’ section, then select the calendar with the plus in it, directly underneath the ‘Resources’ tab.
If you hover over the calendar icon it reads ‘Import Schedule’. Click this to import an existing schedule that you have already created.
A window will pop up prompting you to select the schedule that you would like to use from a drop-down list.
Select your desired schedule and click the green plus to import the scheduled task. To exit this view, select the red cross.
