How Can I Best Prepare For My One-On-One Training?

This article will describe what you can do to maximise the value of your one-on-one training sessions.

Approach

Live one-on-one training is designed to supplement the base learning which is done in DotActiv Academy. We do it this way so that we are able to customise your training experience and ensure that you and your team are set up for success. We feel obligated to ensure that critical outstanding questions and/ or unique account-specific guidance are provided.

Please note that all live one-on-one training is provided in English only.

Steps To Follow

Because of the depth of features available in DotActiv, it is not practically possible to cover all aspects of the software within an hour-long training session. Therefore, we strongly advise that you follow the below steps for scheduling of your sessions:

Complete the relevant DotActiv software mastery levels in DotActiv Academy – this gives you a great base understanding of Category Management and the software.

  1. Create a list of the things you would like your DotActiv consultant to focus on during the session – this enables our consultants to prepare and customise your training experience.
  2. Send your training request below and include your desired focus areas along with any specific questions you would like answering.
  3. If you are able to provide added context such as information about your current project please include it because it will help us customise your training experience that much further.
