The purpose of this article is to provide you with an easy-to-follow process on how to find your respective Activ8 mobile downloads. The article will also describe the download process relative to both Android and IOS mobile devices.

Planogram Implementation On Activ8 Mobile
If you have set-up and configured the Planogram Implementation Tool on the Activ8 dashboard, you will be able to download and view the various reports via the Planogram Implementation Tool on your mobile device.
This tool provides an easy way to communicate documents and planograms to retail stores, which in turn, allows stores to comment on planograms and report any issues or concerns.
How To Download Reports From Activ8 (Android and IOS)
Step 1: Log-in to the Activ8 mobile application and enter your ‘Username’ and ‘Password’.
Step 2: Navigate to ‘Workflow’ > ‘Plano Implementation’.
Step 3: Select a store and the desired category.
Step 4: Next, you will have the option to select the ‘Shelf Plans’ or ‘Floor Plans’.
Step 5: A list of Categories will appear and you will be required to select the checkbox next to the category to be downloaded.
Step 6: Next, click on the tab ‘Download Selected File’.
Step 7: Once you have done so, a pop-up will appear where you can select the relevant report. The different reports are the Plano, Stretch, Product Fixture, Plano and Shelf reports.
Step 8: Once you have chosen the report you would like, select ‘Download’.
Where Can I Find My Downloaded Files?
This is specific to the device that you are using and is therefore split into two sections below.
Downloads Location (Android)
Step 1: Open the Android Application Screen.
Step 2: Navigate to your Files (or File Manager) icon and tap it.
Step 3: Inside the ‘My Files’ App, select ‘Downloads’ ; Alternatively you can select ‘Internal Storage’.
Step 4: Search for a folder named ‘Reactiv8’. You will find all of the downloaded files from the Activ8 application within this folder on your device.
Downloads Location (IOS)
Step 1: Open your Application Screen.
Step 2: Open the ‘Files’ Application.
Step 3: Tap ‘Browse’ in the bottom right corner.
Step 4: Click on ‘My iPhone’.
Step 5: Select the ‘Downloads’ folder. You will find all of the downloaded files from the Activ8 application within this folder on your device.
