Finding Your Licence Key
After downloading the DotActiv software, you might not know where to find your licence key.
You will receive three emails from us.
In the first email, with the subject line: ‘Let’s Get Your DotActiv Software Setup’, you’ll find your licence key.
Below is an example of the email that you will receive if you have downloaded DotActiv Free.
If you can’t find the email with your licence key, please check your junk/spam mailbox. Alternatively, it may take an hour or two before the email reaches your inbox.
Read this article if you have your licence key but can’t activate it or if you would like to change your licence key, you can do so by following the steps listed in this article.
If you have purchased a paid version of the DotActiv software, you will receive an email similar to the example below from one of our friendly Advisors.
DotActiv stores your licence key in a database for easy retrieval. If you still can’t find your licence key or you have lost it before activating the software, please contact our support team.
