In this article, we will cover how to add supplier products to any of your suppliers on Activ8.
If you would like to add products to your supplier on Activ8, you can follow these steps:
Step 1: Log into your Activ8 instance.
Step 2: On your left pane, navigate to ‘Address Book’ and then select ‘Suppliers’, as seen in image below.
Step 3: Search for your supplier that you’d like to update in the search box at the top of your screen, the supplier should appear as per below. You can then click on the supplier.
Step 4: Once you click on the supplier, navigate to the ‘Products’ tab at the top of your screen and click it.
Step 5: To add a product, click on the ‘Add Products’ tab, as seen in image below.
Step 6: You will be met with the below screen, where you fill out the ‘Product Code’, ‘Barcode’, ‘Description’ and ‘UOM’ (Unit of Measure such as mg/ml/kg etc).
Step 7: Once you fill out all the fields, you can click the ‘Save Product’ button. This will then take you to your products screen and you will see your new product listed below.
Step 8: As simple as that, you can click ‘Save Changes’ at the bottom of the screen and continue to use Activ8 as per normal.
If you would like to edit a product, you can just go into the said product and edit the fields as you need.
If you would like to remove a product, you can just go into the said product and click “Save & Archive” at the bottom of your screen. The product will then no longer be displayed under your products:
