Cluster Maintenance Showing Blanks


The purpose of this article is to highlight a few steps you can take to check if cluster maintenance is showing blanks when drilling into the Merchandise Group / Department.

What To Check

First, check that the values have been classified correctly in your display structure.

If the issue still persists, ensure that the field names are correct.

This can be done under Setup – Maintenance by drilling into the affected Sections and Attributes and checking the values are correct.

For example, the default name should be “Display Structure” and not written as “Display Structure2”
