The purpose of this article is to provide you with a clear process on how to correctly convert your planograms build with different configurations.

Opening and Converting Planograms
First, click on ‘File’ and open the planogram you want to work on.
After selecting your planogram, the ‘Map Planogram Fields’ window appears. It asks you if you want to convert your planogram or not.
You must ensure to map your Key Fields – located in the ‘Fields In Planogram’ section – to the correct fields in the ‘Field Mapping’ section.
If you don’t map your planogram fields to the correct fields found in DotActiv, the software won’t read your planogram as it should.
Once completed, click ‘Convert’.
You are now ready to begin space planning in DotActiv.
