The purpose of this article is to act as a guideline on how to recall an existing range after saving it and how to make changes to it.

How to open an existing range
1. Open DotActiv, click on the ‘Ranging’ tab and select ‘ Open Existing’ from the drop-down menu.
2. Select a range from the list that appears. Double-click on it to open it.
How To Update An Existing Range
There are a few ways that the range can be updated.
Manually Updating A Range
Firstly, the user can manually tick or untick products from both the ‘POG’ and ‘Supply Y/N’ columns.
When they are happy with the range selection, the range can be saved or updated in the database.
Refreshing The Range From The Database
Another method to use is to merely refresh the range from the database.
Click on ‘Refresh From DB’ in the Tools bar. Once the range is updated, the user can also save the range or update the database with the changes.
Refreshing The Range From A Planogram
Additionally, the range can also be updated from a planogram. Merely click on ‘Refresh From Plano’ in the Tools bar. Ensure that you select the correct planogram to update the range from. You can also select multiple planograms should you need to update more than one cluster’s range.
