Does DotActiv Cater To Custom Software Development Requests?

The purpose of this article is to explain how DotActiv approaches a custom software development request.

Applicable Products: Activ8, DotActiv Lite, DotActiv Pro, DotActiv Enterprise

Catering For Custom Software Development Requests

At DotActiv, we encourage feature requests because we believe it drives the efficiencies and easy-to-use software that our users love. We can’t, however, develop every feature request as it comes through.

With that said, DotActiv does take note of each and every feature request. We also track them on a system, actively reviewing each and prioritising those high-value items first when we have resources available.

If you want a feature developed urgently or have a specific requirement, DotActiv has a paid-for development option.

If you have a specific project and timeline, we will quote you to get the development done in a mutually agreed time.

Why the cost? This enables us to allocate the correct resources to meet your requirements and deliver a high-quality product.

Requesting Paid-For Development

To request paid-for software development, you can log a support ticket explaining your feature request.

As part of the task, please include as many details as possible about what you are looking for in the software as well as any support screenshots with notes where possible.

Should you wish to have the development expedited to meet your deliverables, please provide us with the details of your project timelines and request a quote in the support ticket.

Alternatively, you can speak to your DotActiv Customer Success Consultant to discuss your requirements and get a quote.
