The purpose of this article is to show you how to toggle between a normal print preview of your product report and a grid print preview in DotActiv software.

Normal Print Preview
After building your report in DotActiv, you have two print preview options available.
The first is the normal print preview for your product report. As you build your report, you can get an idea of how it will look after you print it.
Grid Print Preview
With the final report open, ensure you are in the ‘Tools’ tab.
Next, in the ‘View’ section, select ‘Grid Print Preview’.
